Medical

NIA offers a wide range of medical coverage’s. As a healthcare consumer it is very important that  you educate yourself about the different health plans being offered. You should consider the costs, benefits, ease of obtaining healthcare, and how well the plan matches you and your family’s needs. Please refer to your Employee Rate Sheet Handout for costs and plan selections.

Dental

We currently offer a PPO Dental plan thru MetLife. This is a comprehensive plan that covers diagnostic and preventative care, as well as major procedures. Enrollment in the plan will allow you to take advantage of our Vision Discount plan as well.

LTC, LTD, STD & LIFE

We offer a Long Term Care plan which is available to all eligible employees and family members. The plan is also customizable.

All eligible employee are enrolled in a Life insurance policy and a Long Term/Short Term Disability Plan. 

401(K)

The Company offers a 401K plan to all eligible employees. You may click on the  AUL/One America icon to the right to be directed to the participant website. From there you may view your account, make changes to your funds and download forms.
